I offer depth psychotherapy and Jungian Analysis in New York City under the supervision of IAAP-certified Jungian Analysts. My approach is collaborative, psychodynamic, and attuned to embodied experience. With commitment to the process, depth psychotherapy can provide a sturdy container for deepening your capacity to lean with curiosity into discomfort, difference, and the unknown as it shows up in your life. In addition to my ongoing Jungian analytic training, I draw on mindfulness and embodiment practices, relational psychoanalytic training, and somatically oriented Jungian dreamwork (BodyDreaming). I work with clients presenting a variety of concerns, including:

  • major life transitions

  • relationship and attachment issues

  • depression and anxiety

  • exploring gender and sexuality

  • dreams and nightmares

  • grief and loss

  • integration of psychedelic experiences and other non-ordinary states of consciousness

  • spiritual experiences or issues related to religious identity

  • creative process or creative blocks
