About This Work

My approach is collaborative, psychodynamic, and attuned to embodied experience. Through the development over time of a trusting relationship between therapist and client, depth psychotherapy can provide a sturdy container for deepening your capacity to lean with curiosity into discomfort, difference, and the unknown as it shows up in your life. In addition to Jungian analytic training and supervision, I draw on training in psychoanalytic and emotion-focused therapies, mindfulness and embodiment practices, and somatically oriented Jungian dreamwork (BodyDreaming). While I work with clients presenting a variety of concerns, I am especially interested in engaging with people who are working through:

  • major life transitions

  • relationship and attachment issues

  • depression and anxiety

  • experiences related to gender and sexuality (especially among folks who identify as queer and/or gender non-conforming)

  • dreams and nightmares

  • integration of psychedelic experiences and other non-ordinary states of consciousness

  • spiritual experiences and/or issues related to religious identity

  • creative process or creative blocks
